Aftercare and Grief Support
Family follow-up, practical checklists, bereavement and community resources, counseling referrals, remembrance events and estate-resource referrals.
IN PRACTICE
Questions often continue after the service. Our aftercare team follows up with practical resources, community connections and a clear path back to us when something feels uncertain.
Support after the service
We can share grief resources, bereavement groups, remembrance events, guidance for supporting children, practical document checklists, family follow-up and referrals for estate or probate resources.
When professional support is appropriate
Grief resources are not medical or psychological treatment. If grief is affecting safety, daily functioning or health, we recommend contacting a licensed mental health professional or emergency service appropriate to the situation.
Support for children and families
We can share age-appropriate grief resources, school and community contacts, bereavement groups and counseling referrals. Families choose what feels useful; participation is never assumed.
Continuing remembrance
Seasonal remembrance gatherings, personal rituals, anniversary resources and community programs can offer a gentle point of connection after the formal service has ended.
