We review burial and cremation options, the type of gathering you are considering, dates, transportation, notices and the documents needed to proceed. You may bring a trusted relative or friend. If wishes were written down in advance, bring them, but do not worry if they were not. Our role is to explain the available choices clearly and make a practical plan at a pace the family can manage. Some paperwork can wait until the first call is complete. We will explain what information is needed for death certificate requests and authorizations, and where a cemetery, crematory, clergy member, celebrant or other provider needs to be involved.
